All lectures are held in Polish language but syllabus and duty hours are available in English. Erasmus+ students are taken care by Polish students.

Student has to pay a security deposit of 300 zł in beginning. The deposit will be returned to you before your departure if the accommodation is vacated without any damage.

The Polish currency is the zloty (1 zł = 100). The annual average euro exchange rate is 1 euro = 4,28 zł. Current exchange rates can be found at www.nbp.pl.
We advise you to prepare about 1000–1500 zł per month towards the cost of living.
The students of Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences can stay at a dormitory or rent a private room. Dormitories are usually cheaper, but you need to apply early to get a room or bed.
There is 1 dormitory on the campus of Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences, offering over 80 places. Prices: 240-360 zł per bed, depending on the standard of the floor and the kind of room.
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 300 PLN (in cash) per person, which will be paid back at the end of the Academic Year. So please make sure to have about 700 PLN for the first month.
Basic furniture: single beds, wardrobes, bookcases, desks and a fridge. Every dormitory is equipped with a kitchen.
Outside the campus there are bars with "home dinners”, a few cafes, grocery shops, pizzerias and restaurants. Approximate cost of dinner in a bar is 9-30 zł.
In the dormitories there is a possibility to prepare your own meals in the kitchens. This allows to lower the daily cost of meals.
